We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were lucky enough to witness the breathtaking northern lights from our room, creating a romantic ambiance. The hotel offers exclusive access to a sauna and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing evenings, and the fact that we could enjoy these amenities with our newborn baby was a major plus. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was rich and satisfying. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, tranquility, and quality services.

The hotel complex has a lot of history and the architecture is simply gorgeous. The location is perfect as it's situated in a quiet area, which is great for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good variety of food to choose from.
The service was quite slow and disorganized. We had to wait for a long time for someone to attend to us at the reception and there was confusion with our room booking. The spa and certain on-site restaurants were closed, which was a bit disappointing. while the atmosphere and location were great, the service could definitely use some improvement.
